Whilst being primarily focused on distribution channels (wholesalers, retailers, HoReCa etc.) Kinoulty Trade also covers certain consumer issues, such as catchment areas, category management and retailer mix in developments.

We have developed a tried and tested methodology for trade Customer Satisfaction Measurement. Several clients use our CSM as the bench-mark for their distribution strategy.

We have delivered papers on CEE trade trends at ESOMAR and media conferences and were the first research company to use geo-mapping in Poland.

Clients include; Auchan, Carlsberg Polska, Coca Cola, Danone, Eurocash, IKEA, Makro, Nikon, Portico Developments, Real etc.
